Best Crab Salad Cream Cheese Recipes


Another quick 30 minute meal. Feel fancy with some warm crab salad elevating your midweek meals Sauv Blanc is the perfect school night wine. Its crisp, refreshing and melds in perfectly with this crab making the citrus, herbs and salinity sing.

I the price tag doesn’t hurt either coming in at under $15 a bottle We put the crab over roasted broccoli but feel free to do any roasted veg or green of choice.

1 heads of brocoli chopped into bite size pieces
1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil( or oil of choice)
1 lemon juices
6 garlic cloves minced
1 cups heavy cream ( i used @nutpods to make it dairy free)
8 oz crab meat
2 tbsp green onion chopped
2 tbsp thai basil chopped
1 tbsp furikake ( shredded seaweed)

1: preheat oven to 400*. Toss brocoli with olive oil, 1/2 lemon juiced, and 3 garlic cloves minced. Place on rimmed baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.

2: In a saucepan bring cream to a boil over high. Reduce to medium until cream is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Remove from heat, stir in crab and remaining lemon juice and garlic until warmed

3: spit broccoli between two bowls, top with warm crab mixture. Top off with green onion, bail and furikake.

4: pour yourself a big glass of Sauv Blanc and celebrate making it through hump day
