Best Crispy Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

With food this good you won’t even notice your changing your eating game. These whole 30 wings were so good. Baked in the oven and then broiled at the end to get them nice and crispy tossed in buffalo sauce and with a side whole30 ranch.



3 lbs chicken wings
1.5 tbsp avocado oil
Salt and pepper
1.5 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup franks red hot
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1: preheat oven to 400*. Pat wings dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a skillet heat up avocado oil brown chicken wings for 2 minutes on each side. Place wings on a wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet and place in oven for 30 minutes

2: over medium heat in a skillet place ghee and garlic powder. Remove from heat add franks red hot, cider vinegar and salt to taste.
3: switch oven to broil on high for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Toss wings with buffalo sauce.

4: serve with a side of ranch... you will barely miss your pairing of a b*er 🍺
