Blackberry mint daiquiris reciepes

Blackberry mint daiquiris; no end in sight of drinking all the tropical beverages. With all the heat thats still happening am prefering all my cocktails blended these days. 

We paired these beauties with grilled prosciutto wrapped pineapple. The secret ingredient to the daiquiris is a few shots of sauternes with the rum, adding some awesome tropical notes to the mix.

half a bag frozen blackberries
1/4 cup mint leaves loose
1/2 lemon juiced
2 shots sauternes
6 shots dark rum
4 cups of ice
a little water if needed to thin out. Makes 4
1: in a high speed blender, place ingredients in blender in ordered listed. Blend until smooth

2: pour into a fancy glass, eat with prosciutto wrapped pineapple and feel all the tropical vibes
