Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes, and Walnuts Recipe

One of my favorite go to meals during whole 30 is chicken salad. Make it even easier by picking up a rotisserie chicken. It’s great to serve on a bed of greens or stuffed inside an avocado.

Curried Chicken Salad- mix all the following ingredients together.

Meat from 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
2 apples chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
2/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1.5 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric

Yes please! I still haven’t tried adding Apple in a chicken salad. I’ve also never thought of stuffing an avo. I have some serious catching up to do
