Fresco dining quite like a cheese plate and Rose

Mix up your cheese plate with a whipped Feta dip. It pairs perfectly with Rose. 

The feta plays right into the seaside salinity. We blended in some herbs de provence because my favorite pairing rule is what grows together goes together. 

Whipped feta dip.

1 lemon juiced
2 garlic cloves
1 8 oz container of feta cheese
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp of lemon olive oil plus more for drizzling
2 tsp herbs de provence

Parsley
1: In a blender combine lemon juice, garlic, feta, milk and herbs de provence. Blend while slowly incorporating olive oil until consistency is like greek yogurt. Scrape out into a bowl top with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley

2: Serve on your killer cheese platters and with a big glass of Manon Rose
