Just like the wine this meal is just the right balance between fruit and spice. The salad is sliced peaches tossed with arugula lemon juice and olive oil. Check out the spice mix below

1 tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp dried oregano
