Hollandaise Sauce : Food Network Recipe

I live for weekend brunches. Not missing out this morning with some smoked salmon Benedict. Hollandaise sauce might fall under I would rather not know what’s in this category but it’s so damn yummy. I made this in a blender and it came out pretty perfectly. 🍳 🍳 🍳

Whole30 Blender Hollandaise
🍳 🍳 🍳
3 egg yolks
1/2 lemon squeezed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
1/2 cup ghee

1: In skillet heat ghee over medium until heated through

2: In a blender put egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne. On high blend for 30 seconds. Slowly add hot ghee to blender. After finished blend for 30 more seconds until mixture is emulsified. If sauce looks too thick or broken, add a tbsp of water at a time and blend on high for about 30 seconds

3: make your self some eggs Benedict and dream about when whole30 is over and you can have some mimosas again.
