Glory Bowl Dressing Recipe

Everyone has a meal they come back to over and over again - it's the one that is easy to prepare, tastes great, and keeps you satisfied throughout the day For me, that meal is a raw salad of hearty cruciferous veggies with a creamy dressing like this one. 

The veggies keep me full all day and the extra protein punch from the #hempseeds sustains my energy all afternoon! Add a side of bread (I love v/gf #chiabread) or sprouted beans if you need something more). 

Chop or shred one cup of each: raw carrots, red cabbage, and purple kale; add 1/2 cup chopped parsley and toss in whatever extra veggies you have on hand (cherry tomatoes, broccoli or celery are great here). 

For the dressing: 

Blend in a high-speed blender 2 medjool dates, 

3 Tbs raw cashews, 

1 Tbs hemp seeds, 

1/3 cup chopped red onion, 

1 Tbs apple cider vinegar, a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt and water to thin (I add about 1/4 cup). Toss together and enjoy
