TOP Recipe Ranch Dressing Home Made

I was able to get some meal prepping done over the weekend so for lunch today I threw together this easy nourishing salad 

Butter lettuce 
with chunks of grilled chicken, crumbled hard boiled egg 
🥚, tomato 
🍅, green olives, fresh parsley 
🌱and a generous drizzle of homemade creamy yogurt ranch dressing 🍶! To make the creamy dressing: .

Combine 1/2 cup full fat whole milk plain yogurt or dairy free alternative (almond yogurt or coconut yogurt) with 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 

1/2 tsp. onion powder, 

2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill, 1 tablespoon chopped chives, a squeeze of lemon, 1 tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt in a small mason jar. 

Seal lid and shake well until blended and creamy. If needed add additional water to desired consistency. Makes approx. 2 servings.

When your side dish is so good it’s better than the entree... you’re probably eating these BROCCOLI RANCH TWICE BAKED POTATOES.

(Pssst sometimes I actually do make them the entree because they’re so hearty!)

The mashed potato filling is the creamiest and packed with broccoli and my dairy free ranch dressing (you can totally sub a store-bought ranch if you prefer). 

The potatoes are baked twice using olive oil and coarse salt to make the skin crispy and salty. Put it all together for a ridiculously satisfying side that will seriously outshine whatever you serve it with. Are we all salivating yet? Just me?
