Butter Chicken With Butter Garlic Naan


I was knowing how to make restaurant style butter chicken from quite some time now but this is the first instance when i made these absolutely gorgeous looking butter garlic naan at home for dinner 😊

You don't have a tandoor at your place?

No issues, just use a iron tawa and apply some water on one side of the naan and place it on the tawa. Let it cook on the side on which you applied water and then upside down your tawa and cook it on the other side and you are done 💥

After rolling these naan of your desired shape, use some crushed garlic, sesame seeds, chopped coriander leaves and nigella (kalaunji) seeds to make it extra drool worthy and when it is all done, just apply some melted butter on top of it and relish it whole heartedly!

Dough was prepared by using two and a half cups of refined flour, two tsp sugar, salt to taste, four tsp of desi ghee. Make a hole in between the above mentioned ingredients and add three tbsp of curd, one tsp baking powder, half tsp baking soda. Cover the utensil and let it rest for 10 minutes and wait for the bubbles to form and then kneed the dough by using warm water. Apply some oil over the dough and cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hours before enjoying these scrumptious naan at your place ❤️
